Towards September

Towards Autumn...it's getting that end of the season feeling here, colours intensify and those reds and deep pinks creep into the banks and borders. And the sun is shining! I have just finished this 30x90cm painting - please drop me a line if you are interested.

Work in progress

The life of a big painting in my garden studio, this canvas is 120x180cm, and it's now almost finished. As you can see. I use cloths and screens to mask off areas of the piece whilst I am working on it.

These picture were taken over several work sessions. I will post the finished painting...when that happens.

 

  

 

 

 

Saturday painting

Happy Saturday :) I will be starting two commissioned paintings next week...I will keep updated here as to my progress. In the meantime, a small 30x30cm painting. I love working and experimenting with colour on these small canvasses.

My very large commission

What do you think of this commissioned painting? It is a 2x1metres, and I have been working on it for the past four weeks. It is on it's way to Australia, and I am so happy and grateful to have the opportunity to work on lovely projects like this one.
