Bronze Bouquet

I have been working on my first ever natural coloured linen canvas, the beautiful greige ground is very neutral but not cold. I will definitely explore these further. not starting with a white ground is very refreshing, and i don't feel the need to cover the whole surface with colour quickly before I work into it.

Waking up to autumn

I am outside everyday, looking at the fields that surround my home. As summers draws to a close I am considering autumn, these two paintings are anticipatory.
