Work in situ.

This painting was commissioned for the space, colours and shape are designed to fit the room, which is a beautiful open plan kitchen diner. I had a great morning hanging it, and drinking coffee with my client!

Commissioned painting

I have almost completed this commissioned painting. It is 100x100cm. One of my favourite size and formats at the moment, alongside 30x30cm.

I have a 150x150 cm canvas in my studio too....I have been using all my largest paintbrushes and palette knives with that. Scale is stimulating!

Misty Monday morning

Autumn has arrived here....I am looking out of my window into a misty and damp garden. I am off for a (slow!) run in my local woods before getting into my studio this morning.
